About Us:
Established in 2001, RongTong Fund Management Co., Ltd. “Rongtong” is one of the largest Sino-Foreign joint venture fund management companies in China. Rongtong’s headquarters are in Shenzhen, with branch offices in Beijing and Shanghai.
Rongtong offers retail and institutional investors in China access to a wide range of investment strategies in the domestic market, including: China A-shares, equities, active and passive fixed income, money market funds and balanced products. In addition, Rongtong has provided sub-advisory services to Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) since 2005.
Over the past ten years, Rongtong has achieved excellent investment performance and maintained an outstanding track record, leading to many respected industry awards for its funds.

Employees:
Rongtong currently employs 157 people. Around 44 of these are investment and research professionals with an average of seven years of experience in the securities and investment industry.
Capital Structure:
Rongtong’s registered capital is RMB125 million. The current shareholders of RongTong are New Times Securities Co., Ltd (60%) and Nikko Asset Management Co., Ltd (40%).
